Subject: E-track-2 Review
As always, here's my light-hearted review of the race as it happened on my machine:-

It would have been pretty boring if not for the maverick behaviour of wdbee, which really added a bit of spice to this race. Which reminds me, the Wolves did a LOT better in W-D's race than in anyone else's. It makes me wonder if we're not installing the robot correctly, or if he didn't get the latest version uploaded on time. Any thoughts W-D? I'd much rather see your robot performing at its best in these races.

Thanks Andrew, very interesting reporting. As I had an unusual event in my race, I played with Imgur as well:

Sorry for the picture quality, but it's about the content :)

Haha ok! Yep my pitting code obviously needs some work - apart from a few minor tweaks here & there its still basically BT, and gets confused if it can't pit properly.

I don't know what my bot would do in the same situation.

Another thing I noticed. The result almost perfectly mirrors the championships standing. Only Axiom is the odd one. I wonder why?!

They ... um ... corrected some flaws in their chassis design and updated their aerodynamics! I'm sure that explains it.

If you still have the previous version of Axiom, you could diff it, but maybe for now that'd qualify as stealing code. Keep the tarballs until the end of season for inspection ;)

It'd only be "stealing code" if he copied & pasted stuff over to his robot, which nobody in this comp would ever consider. Least of all copying my labyrinthine code!

Danny knows full well why Axiom had a performance boost in the last race, its no secret ;)

I don't know in how much copying the ideas that sped up Axiom would be stealing, it's not code but still technique.

And I don't know why Axiom had a performance boost, so it's a secret to me ;)

It's as simple as Axiom driving the same code as USR ;)

Ah, yes, but that also poses the question of what makes USR fast? Apart from standing on the giant shoulders of Remi Coulom that is ;)
